Hi all,

Ordered my car on the 25th Feb and was originally told an estimated BW22 which was brought forward and confirmed yesterday at BW19 (I know i will miss the BW22 updates but i did manage to get the Tech pack added on and spoke to my dealer who said I'm entitled to the extra dealer deposit so I'm pretty happy).

Finally the tracker updated and I'm sure the next few weeks will go very slowly.

Did anyone else get their confirmed build week to 19?

Did i also read somewhere that the shipping times are pretty bad at the moment?

Just checked mine and it's still with the factory, hoping for at least BW22.

I ordered on 31/03/2015, initially I was given BW28, spoke to the dealer earlier this week and was advised I'm now sitting at BW22.
Fingers crossed I get a confirmed BW 3 weeks from today going on the basis of your BW19 being confirmed.

I'm not really bothered if I get a pre-BW22 car, there doesn't seem to be any significant differences that would benefit me. An earlier delivery would be much better!  :smiley:

Seems to depend on how many your dealer already has on order they supposedly can only order 3 a month. I ordered at the same time as Ben and have been at stage 2 ever since.

I've got bw 19 too. Hoping it will arrive middle of June!

I think you picked my message up wrongly in the TDI section  :laugh: 
I said "The dealership you bought from might only be allowed to order 3 GTDs a month" It all depends on their size / volume.
A small dealership might only be able to order 1 whereas a large dealership might be 40. Who knows?
I doubt they would tell us this info though  :smiley:

I'm BW 19 too. I ordered on March 13th. I'm in Ireland and our new plate is July 1st so I'm not getting the car until then. I wanted the new radio but I would prefer to guarantee the car on July 1st so I'm happy with BW19.
What spec have you guys gone for?
I'm GTI PP, Reflex silver, 5 door, tech pack.

You guys are doing quite well to get confirmed BW19 if some of you only ordered late Feb/ March. Should mean it arrives at the dealer first week of June, or right at the end of May if you're lucky.

It's a very strange way of working. Every other manufacturer out with VAG can get a car to you within 10 weeks.

I went for GTI PP, white, 5 door,Dsg, tech pack and keyless

I can't wait.
