Repairing Cloth On Recaro Seat
«

Hi Guys,
The problem: the cloth strips on my Recaro seats in my GTi are damaged and I'm looking for a way of repairing them. I have the black and grey cloth GTi seats that are Recaro stamped and its the black and grey 'strips' right underneath where your bum sits that have become detached.
Any advice then on repairing the seat would be greatly received.
Here's what I'm talking about:
Cheers

Do you mean the bits that go over the material?
If so mine have come away before, they aren't the easiest to fit back on. Get some pics and I'll see if it's the same and we'll go from there

Ah not the same as me then. Unfortunately I think the only way round that is a new or used cover

looking at it you might be able to stitch over them with some thick thread...
