I saw a peugeot 306 5 door at the local halfords with a HUGE rear bumber and twin exhausts coming from the centre - nothing unusual there - except the exhaust pipes were each the size of a football - a small child could get stuck in them if they fell in. It should be outlawed - the NSPCC should get on to it!!
I'm gonna get a pic next time I see it and post it!!
