I'm in your boat. Thinking about changing but no figures that I have had make it worthwhile. I am due to speak to the dealer soon to seen what we can agree

I changed from a GT Tdi 150 to  a GTI.  I no longer do the miles to justify a diesel, as I mostly do short runs the DPF filter would regen at least once a week.

Dpf regens happen at about 800 miles regardless of how you drive it.
