Turbo Intake
« on: 21 March 2015, 18:02 »
I thought I would just check the turbo spindle for movement on the intake side having heard of some turbos failing.
Having removed the inlet pipe and the black plastic housing,  there was a small amount of oil around the join between the turbo and the black plastic housing. The turbo spindle has no movement at all! I am just wondering if there is anything to be concerned about

Thanks for that Graham. I just checked the spindle for play as I am going down the Stage 2 tune with either APR or Revo, which is being tested as I speak.
