I've done most of these, well the shift rod was on the car when I bought it years and years ago, so can't comment on what its like without it.

I have however put Eibach springs on the original Bilstein shocks, and have an upgraded loom I got from Ebay. The loom is really essential as without it I could drive with Full beam and no one would even flash me, it was that weak!

As a side note, I too have this set up and like it a lot. Had coilovers before them, hated. So if you are planning a drop and don't need adjustability, this is a good choice

Tell me more. I really want this, but didn't want to change the box, as 1-4 is really quite good (maybe 1st is a little short)
