Inaccuracy of VW Tracker !

Last week the VW Tracker was saying Build Week Confirmed.
Now it is saying Arrived in the UK !
I an nowhere near ready to collect, I have a Mk5 Gti to sell and cash to find !
Any idea how long it normally takes to reach the dealer from landing at the port ?
Anyway, it has brought my excitement forward somewhat....3 door manual Gti PP, red, DCC.
Bring it on !

About a week from landed in the UK to PDI completed normally...

Wow, sort of goes against the current thinking that GTI's are on a 6 month lead time from the factory ?

Tracker hasn't always been reliable. But there is nothing to say that a car with your exact spec already on order has not been claimed by a dealer so could have been transferred to your order.

Thats a result (Kinda)!!

2.5 months is pretty good. I ordered mine last month and have been given an estimated week 22 build. Im looking at 4 months roughly. :(

Hope you manage to sell yours quickly.

Ordered mine in September with expectation of march 1st pick up.  Put back to bw10 and currently sat at Emden with no immediate sign of arrival in Uk.  Some saying it can take 10 working days to get from uk port to dealer.  I am therefore quite jealous of your predicament.
