If that's off the brake pedal assembly, i'd be thinking twice about driving it in case the brake assembly fails - perhaps get VW assistance out to confirm the car is roadworthy first?
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

My baby is now at the dealers   Might not be fixed till Wednesday, they agreed that it is the locking thread from the clutch pedal.

So I have a little Rock Up! to wiz around in for the next few days.  :undecided:

Got my baby back now   All fixed.

The dealers told me that there was now a six month wait for a GTI, is that correct????????????????

They also had a Polo GTI in the show room, looked very nice in white.
