Suspicious air noise
« on: 02 March 2015, 22:24 »
Hi folks,
Just started my love affair with the m4 and need some help if possible please,
There is a air noise sounds like it's underneath near to engine inside car but can vouch it's not the exhaust, took it to garage today and mechanic was stumped also, is it the cat converter maybe? I've got a 1.6 Match, any help would be appreciated, thanks

Interior blower motor got something trapped in it? Turn off interior fans and see if it makes a difference.

Have your head in the bonnet when its running, get someone to turn the engine off. Does it make the noise after turning it turned off (for a sec +)
