Do GTI drivers wave to each other?

Just a random thought, do you wave to other GTI Drivers?

I've noticed that some drivers do and some don't. Is there a written rule that you only wave to the mark you are driving or just don't at all.

I know that Mini owners do and VW Transporter (campers) do as well, and Bug owners.

Any light that people can shed on this would be grateful so i don't look stupid either waving at someone or not waving at them.

I do if one looks extremely clean, modified etc, be a bit odd waving to random old people that are just going about their daily business. I tend to flash rather than wave as my arm aches from waving when out in the camper

Anyway, there are too many surely! Your hand would be constantly up! I give a cheapeky flash to mk2s which are really clean and clearly not just beaten into the ground though

Oh dear, I used to be one of those! haha. either in front or trying to get past with the minimum space required.

So just looked after ones it seems to be, how many of you have the stickers i guess that would be another way to wave or flash as well.

I do flash/wave if its a middle aged man reliving the 80's in a nice example, if its a chav I race him them brake test him once i'm in front
