Hello fine mk6'ers. Can anyone recommend me some brake pads to buy front and rear...

I replaced with VWs own brand - no problems and same-ish price as others out there

depends on what your budget is and what stopping power you want.

I fitted the Mintex M1144 and they are great. One of the best pads ive ever used.

I ran Mintex on my Mk5 GTI and found them to be good
2015 Golf GTD 2.0 TDI 184 PS 6-speed DSG 5 Door Tornado Red

I'm probably due to do this at some point this year, just wondering - Do the GTD pads have a sensor integrated? I only ask as most fast road pads (At least the ones that I used to get for my previous LCR) didn't have a sensor and you had to use a spade connector to stop an error being thrown.

So can anyone say if there is an integrated brake wear sensor needed? So I know to factor that in my search for replacements.

Reasonably sure they do, can't check as I have now replaced my brakes with Porsche calipers.
