Bumpers

What do I need to take off the plastic/vinyl bits off the bottom of my bumper. Are they clipped or screwed on?

couple of torx screws go through the wheel arch liner on each side and into the back of them (you'll see what i mean) then its just clips, bit of a tug and they come straight off.
