Hi, the boot lock on my mk2 golf is buggered. Would I be able to get a new genuine lock from VW and also is there a way that I can keep everything working on the same key ?

Find someone breaking one and steal all the licks and the ignition barrel from it. It annoys me that my boot is a different key. I'll change it one day.

I doubt VW will make you a lock to fit your key...
