Volkswagen Racings is arguably going to be the best. Atleast it is on paper but not released for another few weeks. The R600 enclosed one. No graphs or figures released yet to support it though.

Currently I'd say APR's is the best design and probably best looks.

People will tell you that the Revo open intake has a better airflow though, if you don't want to spend £450.

Do you have your car mapped? I'd recommend going Stage 1 before changing the intake as you'd see pretty much no gains at all on a stock GTI.
Current - MK7 Golf GTI - Tornado Red, 5 Door, DSG, Performance Pack, Dynamic Chasis Control, Panoramic Sunroof, Discover Navigation, Dynaudio.

On Order - MK7 Golf R - Pearlescent Black, 3 Door, DSG, Vienna Leather, Discover Nav Pro, Rear View Camera, High Beam Assist, Keyless Entry, Dynaudio (Tech Pack)

All gone.

Now;

MK7 Golf R - Lapiz Blue, 5 Door, DSG, Carbon Nappa, Discover Nav Pro.
