Hi, the central locking has gone awary on my 53 plate GTI, I can get 3 of the doors to open via the remote if I disconnect the battery, but all too soon, only the drivers door will unlock. I had a similar problem on a Focus, for which I replaced the Central Convienence unit. I'm thinking that I need to replace the CCU on the Golf. if I do (getting the same part number) will I need to go to the Stealers to get it reprogrammed.
