Newbie here - Golf Mk7 Sat Nav Pro question
« on: 26 October 2014, 14:31 »
Hi,

I'm new to this forum so hello, does anyone have a detailed description on how to download speed cameras onto my Discover Sat Nav Pro?

I'm a bit of a novice on this so the more detail the better please,

I have loaded a file down from pocket GPs world (I think anyway)

Any support much appreciated

Many thanks in advance

gjjenna

Hi gjjenna,
Like you I have just bought a new MK7 GTi. When you find the answer to your question about speed cameras and the Satnav Pro can you post the solution.

Hi,

As I said in my previous posts I am a newbie novice, however, I have surprised myself and have managed to load the speed cameras onto my Sat Nav Pro. It's easier than I thought, the conversion tool is in German but that's fine as all you need is what you down load from PocketGPSworld. (£20 for the year subscription). All the cameras are on the screen, however there is no audible warning to let you know they are coming up, if you keep your Nav screen on then you will see them coming up so not an issue really.
