Prices will go up by one per cent in November and a number of changes will be made to models from week 45

VW1231-14

An inflationary price increase takes effect on 3 November 2014.

On this date, prices of all models except Passat Saloon and Estate and New Jetta will increase by one per cent.

The prices of some options will also increase.  All chargeable paints will be increased by £5.
All customer-tagged orders will be price-protected up to this date. We will update volkswagen.co.uk with the new prices and options from 3 November.

I'd better leave my R order alone, was tempted to switch from Lapis Blue to DBP.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

My order was officially accepted Sept 24th, and so that'll put me at mid-march. I was wanting the car for 1st March delivery anyway, so not a huge deal for me. The order submitted (salesman sent me a screen dump of the VW ordering system with my order on it) states the car is wanted for Feb 15 and it's still at stage 1. Thanks for the info though, about time these fantastical rumours about bigger infotainment screens, free leather/free dynaudio for the R were put to bed.

Yep, thanks for the info.  It's good to know exactly what's being offered (nothing ) although I'm still hoping the 19s in black will become available over here
