19" Too big?
« on: 10 October 2014, 13:04 »
Hi just got my self a 05 Golf MK5 GTTDI and was wondering if it would be ok to run 19" wheels on it?

These are the ones I was thinking.
Any ideas?
Thanks Liam

Think 19" wheels will be ok on a mk5 GTTDi. Are you looking at a cheaper option, like those ones fitted with tyres. Have you explored other wheel and tyre packages with alloy wheel companies. Those ones will need a refurb which will set you back at least £200.
Audi S1 gone, awaiting 1.5tsi r-line, pan roof, led lights front and rear, active dash, 18" jurva alloys and a dealer fitted Oettinger roof spoiler in tornado red.

18"s would be a better choice

What are the offset on these? Check to make sure they are genuine too!
