You should be making more than 320bhp with a gt3071 mapped properly, more like mid 400s, my k03 hybrid produces 310bhp as it is. Or have you just had a complete rebuild and still have a running in map?

I'm still using standard rods so I mapped it safely
2004 auq, 550cc injectors, gt3071r, adjustable fpr, ebc, fmic, sachs stage 2, walbro 255, 3" turbo back, 3" custom intake, n75 n249 sai delete.

320Bhp in a standard Golf is awsome :cool:, but im going to aim for 250Bhp as a start before i start going crazy :laugh:

Ya 10-12psi will work with no problems. I think that 15psi is the stock boost for the 180bhp engine

Nope stock is around 8 to 10psi, mine remapped was hitting 18psi

Nope stock is around 8 to 10psi, mine remapped was hitting 18psi

Mine has been spiking at 15-18psi and then dipping down to 10 and 5, so i will adjust the MBC... but thi have a new N75 on order and N249, Once they arrive its off to R-Tec for a remap
