Mobile dent removers

after someone decided to reverse into my car and leave a nice dent on front wing was just wondering if any nows if these mobile dent removal companys that are about are any good, only problem i could have are from where the arch flairs out the wing, will they be able to suck the dent out but still get the lips for the arch back looking standard, thanks, hope it makes sense
