I think for a set of Audi RS3 calipers, 2 piece discs, pads, lines and mounting brackets you're looking at the wrong side of £1200. I'm going down the Porsche 986 front caliper route, as you can use them with standard GTI (312x25mm) discs, pads are cheaper and you can fit them more easily behind stock wheels.

I'd much rather have the dustbin than those non stock, insurance invalidating brakes.  Nice bit of galvanising.

Only if you don't declare them. Which only an idiot would do. Perfectly road legal and specialist insurance companies don't have any problems with them.
