Ok so managed to find some time today to get this applied so here goes, first a bit of background info on the contenders:

Preparation:
-The car was first given a pre-wash with Auto Finesse Citrus Power and then 2BM washed with Dodo Juice Born To Be Mild and a Dodo Juice Wash Pad.
-The bonnet was then clayed with Meguiars clay and Quik Detailer and given an IPA wipedown.
-Bonnet was then polished with Poorboys SSR1 on a Chemical Guys White Hexlogic Pad to ensure all previous LSP removed and then given a second IPA wipedown.
Application:
One of the things I wanted to try was how each wax would behave if layered over my favourite product of the moment, Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer. This is marketed as a quick detailer but is much more like a sealant in my experience, giving great beading and keeping the car nicely clean with good durability too. With this in mind I split the bonnet into six sections theoretically:

The bonnet was taped horizontally and then Sonax BSD applied to the forward part, before taping the bonnet vertically and applying Fk1000p to the driver's side, Fusso to the centre and then 845 to the passenger side. All waxes applied with Megs yellow foam applicators and left for 10 mins before buffing off.
Fusso was quite difficult to apply compared to the other too, not spreading as well. Fk1000p is really easy to apply thinly and consistently and the Collinite, being a liquid wax, is the easiest to apply I have ever come across. All waxes buffed off very easily.
Looks:
I have to admit that today, with no sunshine and just grey cloud all day, judging and particularly photographing appearance was very difficult. In the end I couldn't separate the three waxes decidedly, with 845 maybe giving slightly better gloss than the other two to my eye, and Fk1000p slightly more clarity to the reflections than Fusso. An overview for you:

Fusso:

Fk1000p:

845:

Beading:
Nothing to separate the 3 here.
Fusso:

Fk1000p:

845:

Updates to come as we see how these three last. Durability, protection and how clean the LSP keeps the car are the most important factors for me so I'm looking forward to seeing how they perform.
