i know what u mean, its one thing then another....have ordered the wheels, due for pick up within the week, i want to pick them up myself because i want to check out the finish on them before i part with my cash. Having to swap insurance company tho......with sainsbury at mo and they won't adjust my policy to inc wheels and exhaust mods......switching to adrian flux Will cost me £40 extra so not too bad at all really. Once the wheels are on I'm going for Eibach springs to drop down a bit, otherwise the wheels won't look their best

Europarts do a cheap set of springs for £60ish - Gaz (Kniterider) has these on his Mk4.  I went for the more expensive Eibachs - I'm quite happy with mine, but then I haven't experienced owt else... so not sure if its worth the extra.

On the website, Flipmode, it says that badges with "4 rings" (I assume the audi symbol) are supplied - but says nowt about VW badges (Although it does on the RS4 wheels!?!).  VW badges can be pricey so watch out, matey.  (I couldn't afford VW badges - stealership quoted me £100 so I stuck with audi ones!).

I've put my pics on a new thread in this section of the forum called ....."New RS6 Style Alloy Wheels Pics" or something (don't ask why). They are pre-wash cos it was raining this morning, needless to say as soon as the sun came out i cleaned the car and she's gleaming again now with her nice new rims, just need some more fine weather now so i can go for cruise, who knows what tomorrow will bring.

catch ya'll later
