will have to have a bigger think on this.  thanks everyone though appreciate it!  this forum is sweet!

Seriously mate, as long as the car hasnt been ragged daily from birth the REVO will be fine on your car.

Dont make the mistake I did and get Bluefin first only to realize you need Revo in your life.

Do it once, do it right!

The SPS key is a good bit of kit with Revo Stage 1, setting 1-primary running stage 1 with your high octane fuel, setting 2- factory settings running premium 97ron, also another to run on factory and 95ron if you wanted it, stage 1 also comes the a cheeky immobiliser built in, this can also can be set from the key and without the key it ain't going nowhere. 2 of the 7 setting can be used to operate this on/off.
The DSG is also fine at stage 1, 300bh/310lb Revo software is crazy mad, but safe at the same time.
Revo-kids-wife, that order.

I couldn't honestly say how many MK6 GTIs I've installed the Revo software on to but I'd guess at a couple of dozen. Only complications (if you can even call it that) i've had is 2 of the higher mileage cars needed replacement coilpacks shortly after the remap, which is something most people know about anyway as it's been an issue since the early 1.8T mapping days over a decade ago.
