So clean the sensors clear the codes,drive it around for a bit and rescan to see what comes back,then look at replacing a few parts,some of them faults may have been logged from a long time ago.

clear all fault codes then re-read it.

but the things its saying are round sound like things that would cause your issue.. lambda and MAF going wrong = running like sh!t.

are you getting any awful, almost eggy smells coming through your vents or from your exhaust?

sometimes the lambda dying can cause this, because the engine cant tell whats going through the exhaust/catalyst, so the fuel mixture goes off what it should.
