No because then I would have paid for it twice.  It was expensive the first time, but if I had to buy it again it would be prohibitive.

However, I would buy another one.

Yes I would buy the GTD again despite my current Nav issue  :rolleyes:as it gives me everything I need the only extra option would be the upgraded audio.

Yes I would buy my 5-door GTI PP again.

For me it offers a perfect balance between performance, practicality and price. Also really like the heritage and character of the GTI.

There's also only one other GTI in my local neighbourhood, but at least a dozen Rs making the GTI just a touch more exclusive. Which I like.
The same in my area. Not seen a GTI for ages. Rs are in double figures. A local manufacturer that  I visited last week had 5  from a workforce of just 18 staff. Affordable leasing for a very desirable car.  Can't say I wasn't tempted but don't need all that performance, all of the time. GTI PP does the job.

Mk7 GTI PP, i think i would buy it again, think, its a great car, but the plethora of rattles I have would make me think twice. My wife has a new 1.6 TDI and her's is exactly the same, maybe even worse.

Had my GTD for 2 years now and its time for a change. I have loved the GTD, totally faultless in every department but now they're common as muck around here, as are GTI's and even more so it seems R's. Everybody from Grannies to drug dealers have them so I need to move on. Expecting my replacement in about 3 weeks and very happy the GTD has held its value well so changing is relatively easy.

90% of me says yes as far better car than either of my previous Audi A3 but 10% says maybe should have gone for the GTI - So 100% on the MK7

The R was not even an option when chose last time and if was would have still likely gone for GTD but having driven GTD for near 2 years the R is my very likely progression given looked at whats out there and not much compels me away from the MK7
