Turning the a/c on just sucks more moisture in to the car. Screen will clear faster with a/c off. Just wack the heaters on full blast for a few mins

Yep this works for me too.  I generally have air con on most of the time but just  to clear a misted screen, air con off and heaters on.

If you are going to do it that way, you may as well have the windows open a crack. Any moisture in the air will be picked up by the warm air, then drawn towards the cold air outside. The draft outside the car caused by driving will draw the warm air out of the car, taking the moisture with it.

Both methods will do the job, so what does it matter.  As long as you end up with a clear screen without resorting to wiping it, then job done.

I hate a wiped screen. And when all my mates decide to draw on the windows  :whistle: So I have to use best practice and keep them clear at all times  :grin:

Kids are just as bad for drawing on wet windows/car.  Tell your mates to take a taxi next time  :wink:

I've resorted to just pressing the unlock button once (global unlocking switched off of course  :wink:) so they have no choice to take a taxi :laugh:

Oooo low blow!! It's getting worse...I've now started looking at any available Youtube 'material' involving ED's.... :embarrassed:

This weekend will be OK though... I'm being shipped to Zanzibar for a few days...one of the most idyllic places I've seen!  :smiley:
