Build thread MK6R
« on: 12 August 2014, 16:24 »
Hopefully keep everyone posted if work in progress here, apart from it taking a week to detail, not much has been done to the car, just like looking at it for now, goes for Stage 1 Revo Map next week, so that should be interesting, quicker than it already is  anyway hope to catch up with some of you soon.

Yep I'm on the R forum, it's pretty much rammed with MK7 chat at the moment, tales of woe and wow, so decided to spread my wings for some MK6 banter.

I love the rising blue of the Golf R its a pity you can't have a GTD or GTI in that colour.
2010 Golf GTD (170) CBBB, 5 Door, Shadow Blue (P6/D5Q), Flat Tyre Indicator, Basic Protection Pack + VCDS.

I enquired when I was buying my Mk6 and you can have any of over 40 colours, the only drawback is the price, at the time it was over £2000.

Easy enough to find out, go and have a read on that forum.  You don't have to register.

What problems have they been having?

Paint issues on delivery, some cars coming without certain spec that was ordered, some with DSG issues to name a few.
