Ive seen these in the flesh on a few cars. In my honest opinion they only look nice on new cars.

I just liked how they look really clean and polished, the intention is to do quite a few show n shine events next year.

Kind of look like they belong on a toy car.

Totally depends on the car. Even pressed plates don't suit a lot of the cars which people put them on.
It's a mk2. Fill it, drive it, enjoy it.

I have had many pressed plates, and I can honestly say the best quality ones I have ever got have been from an ebay seller "BMW.Styling" however he does take awhile to send them.

I quite like them, the gel domed plates and am thinking about buying a set. I am genuinely concerned over the legality of the plates though. There's a load of conflicting information online, some saying there illegal where others say there legal. I don't want to pay £50 for plates only to be pulled by the highway pirates and fined & points on my now clean licence.

I like the black lettering but hate the carbon look!

I've just ordered a set for when my private comes back. Didn't realise I'd need to email them a copy of my drivers licence and cherished plate certificate. Bit of a chew on but done now.

If they didn't ask for proof of ownership then they'd be committing a serious crime. Nobody in the uk can sell number plates without verifying your identity first.

Pretty crap if your existing holes go through a letter.
