In the market for a new battery, is some types better than others? Ideally after a dry cell one.
Any info is very welcome.

whichever route you go just make sure it has a guarantee, I have always got one from Halfrauds because it comes with a 5yr guarantee

I went to TPS for mine, worked out to about £45 for a Varta one
If you wanted genuine.. VAG sell the Economy range now and they come in around £60
