Strange Blowing Noise at 60+ MPH

Strange blowing sound coming from engine when I'm doing 60 mph + . Only happens when the accelerator is pressed. It has a cone filter on but this has only just started to happen. Any ideas?

Had a similar thing happen to me recently thought it was something in the engine turned out to be a heatshield underneath the car had come loose bought new screws and its stopped now might be that might not.
