Any point upgrading, eibach's got one out and I have done before but never had a proper diff so I'm think there is not much point doing handling mods as a result of its magnificence?

I actually had a very long chat with the MD at the Eibach stand during GTI international last weekend on this very subject. Ive had Eibach ARB's on other cars and they are great.....much improved resistance to body roll and better front end grip / turn in without compromising your ride quality. Eibach actually sell them as a pair with the front being adjustable by 2 settings.....my suggestion would be have it on its softest setting which should help bring the rear end into play a bit more when driving hard on a track.
We have the Eibach springs fitted already and love them....recon ill be having a set of ARB's in the very near future.

The VWR springs and forthcoming ARB's are stiffer than the Eibach due to the springs being a little lower....VWR suspension parts are generally more aggressive / track based and Eibach's are more road and a little softer biased.
We have had the Eibach springs fitted for some time now and the ride quality has not changed what so ever...just sharper turn in and makes the car look much better. Id hope fitting the ARB's will reduce body roll and generally improve handling further without compromising the great ride quality.
