Gear Shift Weighted Thingy.........................

Got a couple of the weighted gear shift things today from the scrappie (bought one, one fell into my bag! ). It is the bit that replaces a gear linkage in the engine bay, heavy cylinder shaped thing..........Obviously going to put one on my car, but want to list the other on ebay. Thing is, what is the correct description? Can't really put "weighted thingy" as an auction description.................
