both cigarette lighters, back wiper and both washers not working

Hi guys, a problem suddenly happened over night with my 08 mk 5 golf gti,  the back wipers, front washers and back and both 12v outputs all stopped working...

Ive obviously checked the fuses(41,42 in dash) and relays aren't making the clicking sound anymore but ive tested and changed them. the only thing I can relate to those fuses is that they're the only 2 on the the 2nd to bottom row?

 Could anyone help me as it's baffling me. I've been to a garage and they wanted £300+ from me for a rear wiper motor and a switch! I'm female so I can barely trust anyone :-(

Firstly, you probably don't need a new motor so hell no to paying out that sort of cash!

Best thing to do at this point is to put a friendly request out for someone with VCDS (a specialist Volkswagen/Audi computer program for diagnostics and other tricks) to pop round (or you to them) and get a fault scan (may cost a few quid). This is the cheapest way of finding out what is wrong without actually doing any work.

Also check that the fuses are seated correctly and nothing is contaminating the fuse box.
