Hello, bonjour, allo,
« on: 05 July 2014, 20:20 »
Evening.

New to this specific forum so thought I'd say hi. I'm not after help / advice (at the moment  ) but just thought I'd have a little browse of the forum and introduce myself. I'm a VW guy through and through however I have a slight dilemma... For the first time in my driving history I do not currently have a VW on the drive. Not one. Which is actually a little scary if I'm honest. I need to start perusing ebay and find the next golf I think. To date I've owned 3 mk3, 1 mk4 and 2 mk5's (also on the list is 2 T4's, a polo and a corrado). I now stare out my front window and feel a tad empty. Sure I have a wife, 2 kids and a house renovation to occupy me but without something to tinker with I still feel lost.

After reading back what I've typed thus far I think the only real decision now is .... Mk1 / mk2 / mk3 or mk4. Best start looking.

Adios amigo's.

Phil.

Cheers. I've picked up an uber cheap mk2 8v that is solid underneath but pretty neglected up top. Time to start ebaying
