What's the going rate for a set of recaro ed1's including door cards?
Really want some recaros for the golf but just seem so hard to find.
Got the cash and willing to pay good money but no joy.

It can be a tough one to call but it's whatever you're prepared to pay for them really. I sold a good set of grey with red/black stripes a couple of years back with door cards and I sold them for £500. They were snapped up after a week or so. But as with anything like these, good sets can command princely sums and there is many a joker out there selling shoddy seats with torn fabric for just stupid money. But these seem to attract the 'Scene Tax' status.

Take your time finding a set and be prepared to negotiate.

Why don't you send some courier service to collect them?
If he can't be bothered you should do it yourself?
People stick engines on pallets and get companies to pick up and drop off at a small fee?

How many miles are you looking at because Hermes might pick them up loose unless he has cling film tape to wrap around them before it goes off?

Or say reduce the price for fuel?

Aye a bit too far I guess!
I won't ever buy the Recaro seats they weigh too much have you ever lifted one seat you will be shocked at the weight mate.
they pop up now and then and may be closer next time.
I'm off to Portsmouth about 90 miles one way to pick up bits that I can't get anymore, but I'll make a day out of it.

Really like the look/shape of the recaros.
Another option would be Porsche front seats and get rear bench and door cards retrimed to match.
Just not sure how hard it is to get the seats to fit.

140 miles is nothing. Get ya backside there

Going rate for recaros now is above £650 for full interior.
