Skimmed head and remap dont make 45bhp....
Without RR graph to back it up he is talking rubbish, based on this mine must be a 170bhp sleeper
You will need ported and flowed head (x flow is best) and intake/exhaust, cam, vernier, remap/stand alone ecu, decked block, balanced crank plus a whole load of other sh!t to get near that without forced induction.
It can be done no doubt, but you would not sell it for that price if you had done all that or if you had the receipts to prove it.
Some guy on here did hot 8v a few years back...
