I've got the ECS bushes on mine from awesome gti. 30odd quid with vw stretch bolts included.

I had the full ECS mount.  Stuck it for 6 months before I had enough.

R32 one now fitted.

I ran poly bushes in mine, it was harsh but really helped with engine movement.

I've had mine in for about 1000 miles of not more. The only time it annoys me is if I put the aircon on and I'm at stand still in rush hour traffic as then it vibrates like you wouldn't believe. Other than that I love it.
