Enabling "Chirp" on VCDS
« on: 12 June 2014, 12:41 »
Hi Chaps,

When enabling the "chirp" on VCDS, can you make the volume louder? The default state isn't very loud?

Thanks.

Regards,

Mart

I have only done it on my mk7 and there you only have 2 options...
standard
low (or whatever that was called) which is even less loud

I think most countries have dB limits for car alarm and acoustical confirmation of alarm state... So no easy way to increase volume

The chirp is very quiet on the MK6 but unfortunately there is no way to increase it.
