Mileage correction on a mk4
« on: 04 June 2014, 22:04 »
Hi,

I'm looking for someone to correct the mileage on a mk4 in the Manchester area. The mileage has to go forward, not backwards. The car has already done over 100k if that makes a difference.

Thanks.

If you're interested in doing it yourself, you can do it with a vagtacho, but the cable is quite dear though (around £20 to £40)

Hi MoMartin,

I might have to do that if I can't find anyone near me. I'll only need to do it once though.

Thanks for the idea.
