4 wheel alignment
« on: 04 June 2014, 19:23 »
Need to get the alignment sorted after changing all manner of things, one of my concerns is the rear axle is off by half inch or so.
Will somewhere like kwikfit sort this during their alignment i know it would only take loosening the bracket on the rear axle and moving it slightly
I DID ask them on the phone, and as per get some perky tit saying alot but doubt he knew what the f i was talking about.
They quoted me 40 quid and a print out

Its not true laser alignment

You need to find a garage with a Hunter or equalivalent alignment machine

Kwiksh!t wil literally ensure your front wheels are pointing forward

Had the alignment done using a hunter but with no printout which is abit poor ? it drives better but driving home the car wants to go left quite noticeably if i didnt hold the steering wheel id end up in a river
I know they did not touch the trackrod ends + i need new ones anyway will getting new ones and having them fitting properly sort that problem out
