I wonder if that improvement is to tie in with the removal of the tax disc in October.

Ran my new car with no Tax disc for a month! Turned up in the post the other day, it all seems completely pointless having a Tax disc, when it seem things have already been put into place to cope without having a displayed Tax disc, and everything can be done online
