More "real world" grip and improved handling precision. (This thing won't ever handle like my old MY03 WRX but that is my benchmark)

I am 52 so forget lows and coilovers for me.

Probably Billstein S4 sports and maybe another 10-15mm lower on the springs. (The front valance already scrapes standard curbs).

Before I can do them justice I was thinking about bushes. Rear beam, front wishbones (with ball joints) and ARB bushes. (No point doing the strut tops if I am going to do the Billsteins next month).

Anything else? Or other suggestions for sharpening the handling of a 135k mile car are more than welcome.

Rear anti roll bar would be a good shout, it would help tighten the turn in. Plus some are adjustable like the whiteline so you can get the feel right for you.

Equally a lot of people forget about those 4 bits of rubber that are actual contact with the ground
