I'm divided with the mudflaps...

Talking from a purely cosmetic point of view, on some cars they are absolutely essential IMO, Range Rovers for example look so much more executive/regal when fitted and a much less so without. I think they give a real executive look when fitted to most cars, I had them on my Passat CC and it looked great.

However, I don't think they suit sporty cars at all, and the GTI falls into this camp for me so I won't be fitting them.

That's the beauty of choice!  :wink:

They've doubled in price since the MK5. Has mudflap technology come on so far to justify doubling cost in 6 years? :whistle:
Saw a GTI with mudflaps and wind deflectors on the way to work today. :sick:
