Northwest Bodyshops

I recently picked up an R-line rear bumper (fiberglass) for cheap and was just wondering does anybody have any recommendations for good bodyshops in the northwest? the bumper will need to be prepped, test fitted, modified if it doesn't fit perfectly and then sprayed in the colour of my car obviously
