TSR O2O Gear Linkage Kit

Has anyone bought this and been impressed by it? My first and second gears are now giving me more hassle even when the car has warmed up so I thought I would try new gear linkage. I thought I would give this a go but best to check if anyone has had any issues with these or not been happy with them for whatever reason.

If your std linkage is giving you gip the TSR kit isn't going to help, fit a linkage repair kit from GSF (ebay ones I found were cheap rubbish) and a weighted shift rod from a Golf MK3 before you do anything else.  While you're there check the condition of all the link rods especially the ones with the plastic end caps as these are prone to cracking making you loose your gears

Then drain & refill with nice new gearbox oil & see how you get on.

Thanks mate, i'll do that as GSF is only up the road from me in Farnham, fitting the repair kit is a whole different ball game though 

How much of your golf stuff is still for sale by the way, is the Golf GTI badge still around? If so i'll have that off you as you're only up the road from me
