what size spacers + spigot rings do i need?

Ive got lenso bsx 16 x 7.5j   5x100   et 38/40 + et 20/25 on a golf mk3 gti 8v.need to know what size spacers i should run n do i need spigot rings...if so what size.

Depends what car but you'll want 15mm spacer on front. Rear will be fine.

If they are 5x100 ill doubt you will need a spigot ring.

What is the wheel bore?
New or used?
If used what car did they come off?
