Looks like a perfectly acceptable manoeuvre from a static pic - no double lines in the road and plenty of room up front.

Brake lights don't mean anything without explanation / video (OP?), he/she could be slowing to slot in.

I overtook a slow car the other day behind another car who initially shot off, then inexplicably slowed down right in front of the other car leaving me no room to slot in, understandably the guy we were overtaking was pissed off as I wasn't left enough room and had to pull in quite close in front of him.

I am in charge of my vehicle, so it's my fault at the end of the day, but I'd be pretty pissed off if he published my number plate on the internet for it.

If someone was driving dangerously in front of me and I had pics or film I would put it up on internet trouble is these days people haven't got 2 minutes to live I suffered road rage a couple of weeks ago and it was quite severe and with my baby in the back it still makes my blood boil just thinking about it so if you drive like a dick you get what you deserve

Getting angry at other drivers causes more problems than it solves. I tend to just ignore them, it's far safer and better for your health too.

The issue here is that there is no context and no offence has actually been committed as far as we know regardless of the picture.

"Driving like a dick" is subjective, the manoeuvre could have been perfectly safe as far as we know, but we don't actually know for sure, and what's going to happen if Red does show up on this forum? They will probably say - "it was perfectly safe" and will continue on their way...

I am not condoning people who do drive like dicks, or defending Red, just saying that this is pointless and one sided.

I think the picture makes it quite clear what happened, the camera car pulled out of a junction and the GTD had to swerve to miss them.

A picture is open to interpretation. Even a video may need some explanation - could a crisp packet swept up in front of the radar cause a few road rage incidents I wonder?

I do agree with mrzen (zen by name zen by nature?), life is too short to get worked up by other road users. Although I did use a few choice words on Sunday when numerous caravans and estate cars felt obliged to nearly force me into the hedge on the narrow Gower roads.

Perhaps city breaking detected that big tree on the left as he pulled in!

Ooft. The first manouvre fair play. But then the one past the car in front that was dangerous. Neither looked particularly "controlled"!

Yep, the second overtake firmly put the driver into the road dick category.

First overtake looked possibly OK, second one was totally reckless, no view into bend, luckily no oncoming traffic.
I would get in touch with the police and let them follow it up before he/she kills or injures an innocent third party.
