Yes, they are on the wrong side of the road and have their brake lights on in this pic.


guess there might be a bit of road rage

Not sure why they needed to brake rather slot in ahead of you as there's a canny gap between you and the car in front, and the car coming the other way isn't frigheningly close to them on the same side of the road as they are.

Why would someone have their brake lights on at that point of an overtake??

Thought that at 1st too but looks more like a dashcam with the time/date on it.
