Depends on the staff.

Some of them couldn't spell Forum Discount if their life depended on it.

Those that can (usually the manager) just have a button for a general forum type discount. It matters not what forum you are from (I wasn't asked). They just press the button and you get 5% or so.

But always ask. It costs you nothing and you could save some money.

I used it for a click and collect, 25% off. Usually I just order from carparts4less as its the same as Euro's discounted price plus you can get an extra 5% off with a code, but I needed the parts same day

Also depends what you're buying. If it's already discounted the code won't work. Their customer service is appalling though so they've lost me as a customer after the hassle I had this week

The local branch at gateshead i use arent to bad generally i got two codes to work today for my oil and filter  just did it online and collected earlier.
